Her First Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women experiencing domestic violence and homelessness by providing access to quality menstrual and maternal care. We believe every woman deserves dignity, comfort, and support through life’s defining firsts, from her first period to her first child to her first step toward independence. Through advocacy, education, and community partnerships, we work to restore confidence, promote health equity, and ensure no woman faces her firsts alone.
